ドラさんの家賃交渉術
ドラさんの家賃交渉術ドラさんたら、アパートの大家さんにお願いしたり、おねだりするのがとても上手なんです。この間なんか家賃までおまけしてもらったと喜んでました。
なんでも学校の授業で「情け」という言葉を勉強したそうで、先生が「この情けという言葉を使ったいくつかの表現を考えてきなさい」と宿題にだしたそうです。
そこで、ドラさん「情けない、情けある、情け深い・・・」と辞書で調べ、その言葉の後に「人」を付けました。身近な人と言う事で「情け深い大家さん」を頭でイメージして文を作る事にしたのですが、それ以来「情け深い大家さん」が口癖になり、大家さんに会うと「情け深い大家さん」と言ってしまうのです。
大家さんも最初はチョットどう反応してよいかと戸惑い気味でしたが、最近はすっかりこの呼ばれ方になれ気分を良くしているみたいです。
「情け深い大家さん、昨年はモンゴルは寒波でうちの羊が大半死んでしまったんです。」と聞かされた情け深い大家さんは「え そうなの可愛そうに」。いくらまけて貰ったのか知りませんがドラさんたら上手。
